1.HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO MADRUSHFASHION?

OPTION A

It's a simple 2 step process:

After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will inform you whether we can organize a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your return yourself.

It's a simple 1 step process:

       Contact us at our customer care number or mail us at contact@madrushfashion.com with your order id and product code our executive   will guide you  and ship the products to us on our returns desk.
      Please note that swimsuits, bodysuits, accessories, sunglasses and items in the sales section cannot be returned. These can only be returned due to manufacturing defect/negligence on our part.
 

2. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS RECEIVED IN A DAMAGED CONDITION?

Our apologies in case such an incident occurs. All you need to do is pack the product in its original packing and seal it so we can arrange for a courier pick-up from you.
